Casual Cozy Classics From Frank & Eileen For Fall and Beyond
I like filling my wardrobe with timeless classics that help me feel effortlessly stylish. I jumped on this Kane Capelet Hoodie the minute I saw it in this Vintage White shade. It’s super comfy in Frank & Eileen’s signature 100% cotton triple fleece fabric. The roomy fit drapes nicely because the fabric is so soft. I love the way the hood creates a slightly higher neckline, and I can cinch the drawstring or pop the hood if I need some extra warmth.
This also comes in 9 other colors and one stripe, but the vintage white is pretty fabulous. This will be great to layer on for going to the gym, weekend farmers market, or simply running errands.
I’m wearing it over my Eileen 100% Italian cotton plaid shirt in gray and tan plaid. I’ve worn this shirt so often since I got it last month because it coordinates with so much of my wardrobe. The shirttail hem is long enough to cover my backside, which I like with slimmer jeans and pants.
These are my black Derry Illusion jeans, which are a comfy pull-on style with enough stretch to move when I do yet maintain their shape and never bag out at the knees. This Italian Dream Denim fabric is woven in Italy from 81% Cotton, 11% Lyocell, 6% EME, and 2% Elastane, which feels incredibly soft. I love their slim, straight leg with no zipper, button, pockets, or details that could make a lump under your tops…similar to a jean jegging or legging.
I love all my Frank and Eileen jeans, but I have to admit these Derry Illusion Signature jeans may become my favorite. They’re made from the same Italian Dream Denim as the Derry Illusion jeans, but they also have a front closure and pockets. I’m a woman who loves pockets because I like to stow my cell phone in my back pocket so that I can grab it quickly.
This is the 2001 medium blue wash, and they also come in a paler blue, darker blue, or 4 other colors. Their 27″ inseam is the perfect length to cover the top of my sock booties and will also be great with sneakers. If you need them shorter, you can easily cuff the bottom or shorten them with a quick snip of your scissors, the way I did here, because they have a hand-distressed raw hem. My persnickety nature tends to like things tidy, so I simply trim off any long threads that show up when they come out of my dryer. 😉
You’ve seen me wear Frank and Eileen’s triple fleece often because it’s such a great fabric. I bought my first two pieces for a trip to Mexico and have been collecting them ever since. I was excited to find this Dublin Sweatshirt Blazer because I’m a huge fan of knit blazers. This blurs the line between a blazer and a sweatshirt with its soft structure in a casual, comfy fabric. It’s simply perfect for my lifestyle! It comes in several great shades, but I ordered the British navy, which goes so well with all my denim.
It has a buttonless front opening and easy-to-scrunch sleeves, which I do all the time. I love the notched lapels and roomy patch pockets that lay close to the body. This comes in 4 colors, including the vintage white. As with all of their triple fleece items, this has raw edges that do not fray!
This blazer will go over so many things in my wardrobe, and I love it! I popped it over the Eileen 100% Italian cotton plaid shirt in green, yellow, and red plaid. I love the blue/green combo, which feels festive to me this time of year. The Eileen is their #1 best seller, which comes in lots of fabrics and colors. Its oversized fit means you can easily size down for a snugger look.

Everything looks great on you Jennifer! I love my Frank & Eileen knit pieces and I would love to try their jeans/pants, but I feel they are not very size inclusive in these pieces.
I’m really hoping they extend their pant sizing…especially the jeans!

The jeans do not have additional space but the fleece certainly does. I am hoping they’ll make extended sizes soon because I know many women would love petite too.

Jennifer! I’m supposed to be shopping for others rn! I’ve been eyeing up that blazer. The short pea coat did not work for me (too wide at the bottom) and the longer one seems like too much fabric. The blazer seems just right and fits our “upscale casual” aesthetic that we have been discussing. Also have to say the off white color looks amazing on you. As a summer you just glow in those light neutrals. Trying not to be jealz! Today I’ll be traveling in my F and E Olive capelet/Catherine pants in Blackberry from the Nordstrom sale. Long drive ahead. But comfy!
