I hate to rush the season, but all the stores seem to have exploded with Christmas decorations. Even my friends are pulling out their trees! Whether you started decorating on November 1st or wait until Thanksgiving is over, it’s time to start thinking of how you’ll decorate your home, and this list of Christmas decor is sure to add holiday spirit to your home.

Keep reading all the way to the end to see a list of products that I recommend having on hand and a giveaway to help make gift-giving easier!

Easy Ways to Add Holiday Spirit to Your Home

Santa Mugs, Set of 4

I love adding hints of nostalgia to my home, and this set of vintage-inspired Santas is so adorable! Imagine cuddling up under a cozy blanket and enjoying your morning cup of coffee or tea in one of these beside your twinkling Christmas lights. These are so cheery and jolly :).

Joy Pillow

Pillows are an inexpensive way to add holiday cheer around your home. This beautiful Joy pillow can be used indoors or out, making it perfect for your front porch swing or even on your bed or couch!

Battery Powered Window Candles, Set of 6

I am hooked on the ease of battery candles. Candles in the windows add such a cozy look to your home during the holiday season. This battery-powered pack of 6 is available in gold or silver. The remote makes turning them on and off so easy!

Snowflake Pillow Covers, Set of 2

Add some Christmas spirit to your couch or bed with these beautiful pillow covers. They are available in blue, red, grey, and white to match any decor.

Merry Christmas Sign

Little wooden signs like this add charm and personality to a space! I think this one would look great on a mantel, bathroom counter, or desk.

Light Up Christmas Trees

Add a touch of glam to your holiday decor with this three-piece light-up Christmas tree set that is beautiful during the day and even more stunningly lit at night. They are battery-powered, and their built-in timer is genius.

Merry & Bright Doormat

Welcome your guests to your home with this festive Merry & Bright Doormat. It comes in three different for any front door.

Pom-Pom Buffalo Check Throw Pillow Covers, Set of 2

I love the adorable touch the pompoms add to these classic buffalo plaid pillow covers! There’s just something about the holidays and buffalo plaid. They would look great paired with the snowflake pillows above. They also are available in non-Christmas colors like yellow, gray, teal, and black.

Mail Box Swag

Make sure the outside of your home is decorated as well with this beautiful pre-lit mailbox swag. It’s constructed of real-feel branch tips and runs on a timer, so you aren’t running outside to turn it on and off. Honestly, timers are everything to me, not because I’m lazy but because they make things effortless.

Poinsettia Holly Leaf Table Runner

This festive poinsettia table runner will add a beautiful touch to your Christmas dining table display, and it’s a great buy at under $9! Mine seems to get cranberry sauce spilled on it yearly so I’m always needing a new one.

Printed Fabric Tablecloth for Christmas

Effortlessly dress up your festive dinner table with this tablecloth. Your grandchildren will love Santa and the reindeer making an appearance in your decor! Christmas is going to be so fun with my grandson this year. I dread the year he no longer believes in Santa.

6.5 Ft. Pre-Lit Artificial Full Christmas Tree

If you are in need of a new Christmas tree, this is a great one! Featuring hundreds of individually crafted branch tips to create full-bodied branches, this tree is designed to look and feel lifelike. This tree features pre-attached, hinged branches that drop down for a simple set-up and fold back in for quick and convenient storage. We finally bought an artificial tree last year and LOVE that they are no needles to vacuum up from the rug.

Plus, here are a few extra things that are great to have on hand during the holiday season:

Wrap Buddies Tabletop Gift Wrapping Tool

Save time and frustration with your gift-wrapping endeavors by using Wrap Buddies. It’s a pair of handy wrapping paper table clamps with a tape dispenser to keep all your supplies within reach and give you the extra hand you need!

Hallmark Reversible Wrapping Paper, 3 Rolls, 120 sq. ft. Total

I love using double-sided wrapping paper. The 6 prints in this pack of reversible holiday wrapping paper coordinate perfectly to make wrapping presents quick and easy.

18 Pack Christmas Premium Holiday Gift Bags

There’s nothing worse than running into the store on your way to a holiday gathering to grab a gift bag. Having gift bags on hand makes the holiday season so much easier!

Merry Christmas Tag Stickers

Make your wrapping process easy by having your gift tags ready! This pack of 200 classic Christmas stickers coordinates beautifully with the bags and wrapping paper above. I think the little reindeer touch is so cute!

  1. Would love a gift card. I’d put it towards shoes! I’m always on the search for comfortable but stylish shoes. I have arthritis and it’s so hard to find something that isn’t orthopedic looking to wear with dress pants. Looking forward to more of yoyr holiday ideas!

  2. The gift would be used to give back to our sweet 96 year old friend who gives so much to others, knitting scarves, hats, purses, cell phone and water bottle holders, and beautiful baby blankets.

  3. Vicki Sigler says:

I would probably purchase a beautiful blue scarf. Mine are looking quite old.

  4. Put those wrap buddies on my Amazon list. They look awesome.

  5. Cath🇨🇦 says:

My earlier comment on Friday evening didn’t send as we had a power outage during a rather wild storm here on Vancouver Island. So I’ll try again. Lovely idea to give away Nordstrom gift certificates, Jennifer. You introduced me to Nordstrom a couple of years ago, and I have been happy with my sweater purchases since then. We are watching our dollars since dealing with an unexpected expensive dental bill . A gift certificate would be very welcome towards Christmas.😀

  6. Thanks for the give away chance, Jennifer! I am looking for black jeans, so I would put the gift towards new black jeans!

  7. That Poinsettia Holly Leaf Table Runner is lovely! I would use the gift card to get a new sweater to wear during the holidays.

  8. Cara MacNinch says:

I absolutely love Nordstroms! I shop the Rack at home and I shop Nordstroms online. I would use the gift card to buy Christmas gifts for family and friends. They have the best stuff!

  9. I would use the gift card to go towards something for someone on my gift list. I need very little for myself because finally, at age 82 I’ve learned to downsize and minimize my life style. I have a daughter in law, a son and 3 grandchildren on my list. Anything available at Nordstrom would please any of them.

  10. Susan Riley says:

I am a 66 yr old grandma and love your age appropriate clothes. It’s refreshing to see clothes a real senior would wear. I have bought several pieces for my wardrobe based on your posts. (I also love that Christmas table runner from Amazon. I just received mine yesterday and now it’s making me excited to decorate for Christmas!)

  11. Sally Kingman says:

Oh, oh, oh! A gift card to Nordstrom’s. My best friend gave me a cashmere scarf from Nordstrom’s many years ago. Well, it is beginning to look a little worn, therefore, I would replace it with a new cashmere scarf. Love your ideas. Thank you.

  12. Patty Chichester says:

Love your blog and your gift ideas. Would love to win your give away. I have never shopped Nordstrom before.

  13. Every morning over coffee is when I read your blog, although sometimes a day late to capture the comments. I love my CozyChic Cardigan and would purchase another for my daughter-in-law, who’s expecting. It was one of Oprah’s favorite things a few years ago and Nordstrom has a nice selection of the brand’s offerings.

  14. Thank you, Jennifer, for such a generous giveaway! The lucky winners of the Nordstrom gift card will be thrilled. If won, I would likely spend it to introduce myself to Nordstrom. We don’t have a store in my area so I would do some online shopping.

  15. Pamela Amendola says:

Your blog has inspired me to do a wardrobe “refresh “. Winning the Nordstrom gift card would help to get started
