So just a few questions I’d love your take on-

  1. How would you describe this blog to a friend who had never heard of it?
  2. What are we not covering here that you’d like to see as part of future content?
  3. What is your favorite topic that I do cover?
  4. What type of post is the most helpful for you?
  5. Anything else you’d like to share?

Thanks in advance. I’m going to use this input to ensure I stay on track here and continue to provide value to you.

I love your blog because it feels like getting advice from a stylish friend. The content is practical and real. Also, I’ve been trying to add more sparkle to my outfits lately like a rhinestone belt for a simple jeans look and your styling tips always inspire me to try new things.

  3. I did not read any previous comments, because I wanted to think about the answers I would give to your questions. I like everything you address in the blog – I like the Monday musings, the beauty and health tips, and the things you share about your personal life, that help me relate to your fashion style and lifestyle. My favorite is the clothing – what’s trending, where to find quality clothing that is current and doesn’t make me look like I’m trying to be 30, or 40, even. I especially appreciate the Dressing Room Diaries. Even though my body shape is very different, I have similar coloring and style preferences. Your commentary on clothing, about how it fits your body and your lifestyle, is very valuable. Those are always the things I tend to forget when I am seduced by the color of a garment, the sale price, or the fact that it’s something on my “need to buy” list. I like that you sometimes experiment, and sometimes decide that things didn’t work. I look forward to your musings about wearing your “right” colors. I also love that you often remind us to “wear what makes you feel confident.”

I think the zebra sweater is great. It is an example of a fun and classy clothing.

  5. To me, a well-styled life is many things. I am retired and I feel good when my home is clean and neat, I love to decorate and of course, I love clothes. I enjoy matching my jewelry to my outfits. I am 78 but still like to feel like I am in style. Your style is nice for you but for me, it is a little too casual. I do always find something I like though and I pin it. Thank you for all of your hard work so that we can improve our wardrobe! I would like you to give color tips for different skin types and styles for different body shapes.

  6. Comprehensive and inclusive, it’s the ideal lifestyle blog to discover ways to look and feel confident. Its suggestions suit because of its breezy wit and practical content. I find myself returning to your ever-updated portfolio that exemplifies a modern-classic approach. Jennifer, best of all, your personal touch makes me feel we’re longtime friends.

    1. Thanks Barb! I may steal this for my tag line 🙂
