The Marine Collagen Blend That Works!
Happy Sunday ladies. I don’t and won’t gush about every product that a brand sends me because frankly, I consider that selling out. In my business, I get to try plenty of things that are meh, so I’m not going to waste your time with them. But this one is a game-changer that I am thrilled to share! You may remember, my collagen journey began back in March of this year when Collagen For Her reached out to ask if I wanted to try their Marine Collagen Beauty Blend.
This post is sponsored by Collagen For Her, all opinions are my own.

I did some research and discovered that Collagen is the most abundant protein in our body and one of the vital building blocks found in our skin, bones, joints, muscles, hair, and nails. Since normal collagen production declines as we age, it makes sense that supplementing our diet with high-quality collagen provides extra support as we get older.

I also read that it can improve your hair and nails which convinced me to try it because my nails were a train wreck, and always have been. I began adding one scoop of their Marine Collagen Beauty Blend to my afternoon tea back in March. I knew it would take several months to show its effects and now, 9 months later, I can unequivocally say, it has miraculously improved my fingernails.

Yes, not rocket science or third-world problems, but if it’s done such an amazing job on my nails, I can’t wait to learn how it’s improved my bone density which I’m getting retested next month!
Studies have shown that hydrolyzed collagen (or collagen hydrolysate) can help strengthen your joints and help with pain caused by conditions like osteoarthritis.

This length nail is nothing for most women, but for me, it qualifies as long! I’ve never been able to grow my nails past the quick without them breaking, tearing, and peeling like an onion unless they were supported by artificial acrylics or gel from the salon! Now, I can even keep red polish on for 4-5 days, which is a miracle.

Collagen For Her makes several formulas. The Unflavored Collagen Peptide Powder is sourced from grass-fed, pasture-raised beef. It’s all-natural, non-GMO, keto, paleo, sugar, gluten, dairy, and soy-free!
The Multi-Collagen Capsules contains collagen from five different sources including bovine and fish and is perfect for days on the go.
I take the Marine Collagen Beauty Blend which is made with a unique blend of hydrolyzed fish collagen, 100% daily Vitamin C, biotin, and hyaluronic acid so it’s perfect for folks like me who are pescatarian.
The collagen industry is saturated with products, and the shelves of my market are lined with options. I prefer Collagen For Her because it was designed by a woman for women and made with clean and pronounceable ingredients, so all women know exactly what they’re putting in their bodies. All of their products are manufactured in a GMP-certified facility. Each batch of collagen is tested and comes with a certificate of analysis (COA) to ensure it is safe for consumption.

I occasionally add my scoop to my morning smoothy, along with a big handful of spinach and some protein powder. But on the mornings when I have oatmeal for breakfast, it goes into my afternoon tea. It dissolves completely and there is no fishy taste!

This Marine Collagen Beauty Blend is now a permanent addition to my dietary supplements because it’s proven to me that it works!
Have you tried collagen?
Thanks for reading ladies and supporting the brands that support AWSL.

Yes, I read your report on collagen back in the spring. Another lady friend had recommended collagen and I thought well, it can’t hurt. So I tried a brand that she uses. Didn’t like it at all. It had to be taken with organic juice every morning. Well, after the first month package, I looked around some more. After trying probably about five different brands, I found what works for me. I take a collagen protein in my morning coffee. That one has three distinctive strains for hair skin and nails. In the afternoon I take a collagen protein that has like nine different strains for more intensive treatment. I started this two type program about four months ago and I can really tell the difference, especially with my nails and my hair. I will be 75 in January and feel this particular product does what it says it will. And at my age I want to be the best I can for the time I am here. Thanks for sharing this information and thank you for being there for all of us.
Thank for being here with us too, Rhoda
