Cashmere,Traveling, and a Cashmere Giveaway

I’m off to Vancouver this week to spend priceless time with my daughter, then on to a conference in Nashville. I know from experience that airports, planes, and big conference rooms are notoriously cold, so I always pack a cozy wrap in my carryon. Since I want to be able to reach it quickly, I like to bring it in my handheld, which means it needs to be portable.carryon bag with cashmere travel set I was thrilled to discover this cashmere travel set, which includes not only the wrap… but a cashmere eye mask and comes in a cashmere envelope. Talk about luxurious!

Cashmere Boutique Travel set on A Well Styled Life

It’s from Jennifer Connolly reading with Cashmere wrap over her legs

This wrap is perfect for wearing on the plane, but I’m not planning to save this just for travel. It makes an excellent throw for the couch to snuggle under when reading a good book, or for me, the inevitable catnap that will result from said position:)Jennifer Connolly napping with Cashmere Boutique travel set on her couch

The mask is perfect for flying. Just drape the throw over your body, slip on the mask, and it signals to everyone that you’re not to be disturbed! It’s so soft against your face; it’s comfortable to sleep in.gray cashmere travel set from Cashmere Boutique

Cashmere! The wool for people who can’t wear wool! My choices would be the round neck boyfriend sweater in that juicy lemon chiffon color and the wrap with the Swarovski Beadwork in a Diamond Border in that luscious pinky lavender color. Actually, almost any cashmere is welcome. Thanks for the chance to win. Keep up the good work and advice!

  5. Pal Koenig says:

OOO Any of the wraps…I like the ruffled one…and the two toned pashminas…and the ones with the beaded trim
but one item would definitely be the full length overcoat…I mean, if you are going to do cashmere, nothing is more classic

  6. Cashmere Boutique website is very educational about the laundry and care of cashmere clothing. The travel set in Charcoal wood be my first request and I would follow up with the Boyfriend V- neck sweater also in charcoal. Thanks for sharing with us the functionality of the travel set.

Pashmina and silk wrap in rust brown or the pure cashmere Ruana in mocha

  10. Only the best for the followers of AWSL – a fabulous cashmere give away. My selections for under the tree would be a fringed scarf in red or burgundy and the sweater set in any forever shade of red. We can really appreciate good quality cashmere on Cape Cod . Thank you for suggesting that I think & dream of this.

  15. Jennifer, what a generous giveaway Thank you.. I love cashmere, so anything in cashmere delights me. I did love the turtleneck and the travel set you have.
Welcome to Vancouver, we are having a sunny spell just now, although it’s quite cold, so you will need your cashmere. I hope our weather stays nice to welcome you. Have a wonderful visit with your daughter and safe travels.

  16. I’ve never owned cashmere. I’ll bet it would be soft and cozy in anything. The colors are so pretty, especially the blue. My sister with the big house has several cashmere sweaters but she’s a size 4 and I’m not, so hand me downs don’t fit. I think I’d be afraid to wear it knowing my ability to spill on every white shirt I’ve ever worn. Congratulations to ever who wins. This is a great give a way.

  17. Living in SoCal I certainly don’t need a Full Length Overcoat in Pure Cashmere but what a dream. But what I absolutely would use and may have to buy is the Cashmere Wrap in Animal Prints – Zebra. Once again Jennifer thank you for sharing beautiful things from retailers I’ve never seen before.

  18. Since I have never owned Cashmere, I would be ecstatic to find any item under my Christmas tree. But since I am practical I would go for the Women’s Cashmere V-neck sweater in Rose Petal Pink and the Turtle Neck Sweater in Burgundy. I did buy my daughter a cashmere sweater for Christmas one year and made the comment that every women should have one. No one took the hint.

  19. Love it all, but especially the pea coat and trench coat!!! Have always wanted a cashmere something.

  20. Oh, what a generous offer! I would love to find the ruffle wrap or a pair of cashmere unisex gloves under the Christmas tree this year!

We were almost in Vancouver at the same time! I just got home yesterday. I hope the beautiful sunshine that we enjoyed there lasts for your visit.
