Cashmere,Traveling, and a Cashmere Giveaway
I’m off to Vancouver this week to spend priceless time with my daughter, then on to a conference in Nashville. I know from experience that airports, planes, and big conference rooms are notoriously cold, so I always pack a cozy wrap in my carryon. Since I want to be able to reach it quickly, I like to bring it in my handheld, which means it needs to be portable.
I was thrilled to discover this cashmere travel set, which includes not only the wrap… but a cashmere eye mask and comes in a cashmere envelope. Talk about luxurious!

This wrap is perfect for wearing on the plane, but I’m not planning to save this just for travel. It makes an excellent throw for the couch to snuggle under when reading a good book, or for me, the inevitable catnap that will result from said position:)
The mask is perfect for flying. Just drape the throw over your body, slip on the mask, and it signals to everyone that you’re not to be disturbed! It’s so soft against your face; it’s comfortable to sleep in.

Well, if money were no object, I love the knee length coat! The turtleneck sweater is a winner too?. And I know exactly how you feel about chilly planes and conference halls. I fly to Florida wearing closed toe shoes and socks, wearing a jacket. As soon as we land, I’m trading my shoes for sandals and stowing my jacket. Enjoy your time with your daughter – good memories!

I love cashmere! I can’t wear wool, as it itches too much but cashmere is a dream. The crew neck cashmere sweater in black or blue would be in my weekly rotation, for sure. I’d love the luxury of the lounge & pajama set. It would be great when I travel to visit my daughters. I would feel very comfortable and stylish lounging in such a beautiful set. Let’s face it, I love anything cashmere. ❤️
Unfortunately, you’re arriving during a rainy period along the coast. But, then you would not be surprised after living in Victoria. Pack your wet weather gear and you’ll be good to go. Enjoy your time with your lovely daughter.
I have nothing cashmere so any of the items are wonderful! But I would love a baby blanket for my first grandbaby!? A pair of slippers or the travel set are awesome too.

How generous! I love the boyfriend v-neck sweater in any color. So practical for everyday use. I also love the Ruana wrap. I can imagine that as being a warm cozy piece to throw on while traveling and would also look so elegant over a dress or slacks for a special dinner out or holiday event around the fire.

This is the first time I have ever commented though I do enjoy your blog and can only surmise the hard work and dedication that goes into a labor of love that we are fortunate enough to be on the receiving end. I’ve never owned anything in cashmere and choosing from the boutique would be really a challenge. But if I could it would be the Pure Cashmere Lounge & Pajama Set and one of those beautiful throws. What put a smile on my face was reading that products ship from North Carolina. I have wonderful memories of a couple of trips to both North Carolina and South Carolina.
